Steve Rauch - Steve became a licensed and certified farrier in 1979 and since that time he has traveled in and out of every type of equine facility. Steve continues to shoe horses spending thousands of hours around the equestrian trade and as a result has some very ingenious problem solving products in the works. Steve remains dedicated to saving horse-people like himself, time and money while making their workload lighter and their horses more comfortable.

Nicky Johnson - That friendly voice you hear on the other end of the phone is Office Manager Nicky Johnson. Born and raised in England, Nicky grew up around horses and spent a great deal of time riding. She was an active member of the hunt as well as a Steeplechase competitor. Nicky left England to follow the polo circuit which took her first to Australia and then to the United States. Nicky's equine background makes her invaluable as she assists customers with their horse and barn dilemmas. When she isn't running the show at Southwest Animal Products, she is a busy wife and mother of three beautiful boys.
